Koto grinned. "We could sneak back to the cafeteria, get some food, and come back down here and have a picnic. Isn't this what we're supposed to be doing?" He cleared his throat pompously. "Forging lifelong international friendships and creating bonds between the nations to keep from making the mistakes of our ancestors," he recited. His father, while a generally fun man, did have a bit of a boring streak when it came to lecturing. He always had the same lectures for Koto, especially about the APPA.
